Aiko's Ideal Koicha Ratio:
- Pre-Warm Chawan with hot water
- Sift 2g (4g optional) Aiko
- 15ml 160°F water to make a paste
- pour 30ml 160°F water* (45ml total) and mix with whisk in circular motion
*you can add 15ml water for 30ml in total for a thick koicha if you prefer/
