Wow! These noodles are truly delicious. I never know what to believe to be good when it comes to food but these noodles truly are that girl. The sweet and spicy is by far the BEST! Then the chili crisp. But for a classic pack of noodles, the soy is delicious. The noodles are what make everything. Perfect base layer when you add in protein. They give you such a clear crisp bounce when you chew them. An experience you can only find with take-out noodles. But these truly are better!

First time trying Fly By Jing and these are definitely a different kind of instant noodles! First their Chili Crisp Noodles are delicious… spicy but also lots of umami. Spicy enough to numb your mouth a bit, but not enough so you can’t taste the delicious noodles! I love the variety pack so you can try all 3 and the Soy Noodles are great for non-spicy noodle lovers. And the noodles themselves have an al dente mouthfeel - bouncy and chewy, it’s hard to believe they’re instant noodles! The squiggly cuts definitely does help hold the sauce and spice on for every bite! I’ve already told my friends and family, definitely recommend trying these!

I am already a huge fan of the Fly By Jing chili crisp oil. I mean, I literally put that on everything! The noodles are the next best thing. I’ve never had Ramen with such a fun noodle shape and with a sauce that truly coats them with flavor. If you like your noodles on the spicy or side or you’re tired of having the same old Ramen you gotta get these. The sweet and spicy flavor is truly something special.
