I never knew i could enjoy gum but now mastic is part of my daily routine that helps me focus. Not only that, but it’s great for oral health. I even like throwing in some xylitol granules, not really to make it sweet, but since xylitol is also great for oral health and can be fun to mix it up with. Since I have a family history of gum disease and inflammation, i’ve seen a lot of benefit from this combo. The pine-y taste of the mastic is also perfect and each piece lasts for essentially as long as you want it too and retains its flavor before it dissolves (but that takes a long time). Getting a nice jaw workout and stomach soother is just icing on the cake. Greco is my go to and very worth it, the metal tins are pretty nice too even for saving

I'm the opposite of many gum enjoyers. I don't want the overpowering flavor, the sweet but questionable ingredients. Greco Mastic Gum is earthy, slightly smells similar to tree sap, and feels like it cleans my mouth better than brushing. I pop these in after a meal and can feel it clean my teeth. No health concerns, healthy mouth, healthy jaw, attractive and useful packaging... for my tastes, this is perfect. And yes, that really is me. All results due to chewing Greco.
