ReviewsThese pans are precise, durable, truly non-stick, ergonomic and very elegant. I have a complete set, which has replaced all of my stainless and nonstick cookware. I suspect nothing will ever replace my cast iron pieces, but these come close. The trick is to keep the heat lower than your instincts might tell you. I’ve achieved very crispy skin fish and chicken, perfectly seared scallops, as well as nicely seared meats, with effortless cleanup. They heat up fast and perform beautifully. Durable might be an understatement. I was very surprised, but it’s true you can clean them with steel wool. And I am so happy to be done with nylon utensils. Hexclad is worth every penny. 
January 27, 2023I’ve never had pans quite like this. The heat distribution is perfect. Don’t really need spray or oil or butter. Cleanup is good. The lids are waited perfectly and fit securely. I feel like I’m a professional now.
December 21, 2025I usually don’t do reviews. But I gave these pans the test-used a knife to cut meat in pan. No peeling-a small scratch. I did much research on quality pans-and a lid for each. I’d been thru 4 nonstick fry pans over past 20 years-the nonstick coating has been substandard. These hexclad coating has held up very well-no sticking (I did do a season prior to use, just as instructions for use and care). I had walked away from stove while was heating with grape seed oil, and was smoking hot when I returned. I allowed to cool and as per care instructions and then used steel wool to buff the stainless part to a new look shine. Love these pans!! Will be last ones I need to own. Thank you!!
