ReviewsOne of my favorite colors in a compact case and full of patches with salicylic acid, my favorite ingredient because it's super effective and helps heal my pimples very quickly. It's the best purchase I've ever made!April 18, 2025I definitely wasn't expecting these to be any different from the black stars but I was pleasantly surprised that these do in fact work a little faster, I'm an all black wardrobe girl so I mainly bought these for the case but I wear these at night and my husband will steal one if he has a bad spot to get it under control overnight. As for the case it's much heavier than I was hoping, but it fits plenty of sheets of stars and is sturdy enough that I don't think the mirror or case itself could ever break in my bag, the magnet feels easy to open but it snaps shut harder than you'd think so it feels fairly strong and hasn't opened on me once. These pore-clearing cuties are made with hydrocolloid and salicylic acid: a beta hydroxy acid known to dissolve dead skin cells. When combined with hydrocolloid, a material that's clinically proven to absorb fluid, hydro-stars + salicylic acid help shrink and soothe deeper spots. Perfectly shaped to hug the curves of your face, hydro-stars are designed to really stick. They shield spots from outside bacteria and serve as a gentle reminder to avoid skin picking.
