I wanted to wait until I’ve tried Iris for at least a couple of weeks. I have PCOS, and my cycles are never really consistent and I can’t track them down to the day. I use the Flo app and it always predicts around when I’ll get it, but it’s always late. This is the first time in a LONG time, I got my period the same day the Flo app said I would!!! The only difference I’ve made was drinking Iris daily. The blood orange flavor is my favvv and it’s become part of my daily routine. As a busy teacher, in one of my many bottles/jugs, Iris is going to be in one of them with me now that I’m returning to work! I also can already tell a difference in my hunger.
