Had so much fun making this! Chocbox has the cutest mold! I can’t wait to use it again! The kit has a lot more kataifi than other brands I’ve tried. If you like a creamier bar over a crispier one, I’d use a little less. But the crunch is very satisfying and the bar is deep! My family and I loved it.
