The item is unique to ur company & the Coptic/Jerusalem cross was brilliant & will catch on & gain popularity overseas, in yrs to come. But the only pics u have for this product in the ordering process are brown & green. So I as the client made sure to write in the notes section "coyote brown plz". This was ignored & I was sent a white color instead. I then sent email asking to order the correct one & I even gave permission for them to use the same card and to charge me again even though this was not my fault. I was then told that they don't keep the card numbers because of security and that the only way I could do it was by calling a company to make the order. I'm sure I will call someday and make this another errand in my life, but in my heart I believe that I should have been sent the correct item with an invoice.February 9, 2025
