10/10 the item not only arrived very fast but each bag came with a little spray bottle and the latch tool which is so cool. The hair is super soft no oil needed but I still added some this hair did not tangle my braider said this was the softest hair she has ever used and no issues at all.

Every item I’ve gotten from here has been great. So far this is my third time ordering. I like it cause of how soft and flowy they are. They arent stiff. They do have a factory smell but once you take it out and let it air out it goes away. Untangle slowly or you will lose hair.
