I ordered this orginially for the little tool that comes with it(which is INCREDIBLE, btw).The jewelry is so pretty, and they sent an extra silver AND a gold 20mm one as well! Which is so thoughtful! The gold one ended up fitting me best so if you have little nostrils like I do, go for the 20mm.
