I've been using this product for months now & have given it to my 80year old mum when she injured her shoulder & the results have been amazing. She got a huge bust of energy straight away & felt great & better able to cope with life. I believe shilajit helped her make a full recovery. The product arrived in really nice packaging and came right away. That impressed me. However the product came really hard and I can barely get it out unless I use a chopstick to pull at it. This is my first time using shilajit so perhaps that is normal but it was underwhelming. I have been taking it in the evenings with my tea or coffee it does seem to help me sleep a bit better. Now the smell....lets just say its not pleasant and definitely need honey or some kind of sweetener to distract the taste because straight water is not it for me. Its early on so I have to wait and see the continued effects.January 23, 2024
