Purchased on TikTokI started taking pumpkin seed oil a little over a month ago, mostly for general wellness and to see if it would help with hair shedding and bladder support. I wasn’t expecting dramatic results, but I’m pleasantly surprised so far. The biggest change I noticed is less hair coming out in the shower and when brushing. It’s not a miracle transformation, but enough that I can tell something is improving. My skin also feels a little more hydrated, which was a bonus I wasn’t looking for.
