Love these! I do feel they give me energy just like a normal energy drink but I’m sure these are better for you. Taste good this is my favorite flavor. Also easy for on the go just toss it into a water bottle and you’re good. Flavor: Good/sweet/tasty Performance: I do think it gives a boost of energy.

I like drinking redbulls or yerba mates whenever I really need an extra push for my day but i was always worried about the sugar and just my overall health. I found Taste Salud and i gave it a try. I went to target and got a strawberry flavor and thought it was pretty good. curiosity lead me to buying this cucumber flavor online and it was bomb. The only thing ill tell anyone is that its not exactly like the original flavors we love but for being way healthier having caffeine its extremely good. My reccomendation is if you like it really sweet leave it in a normal sized cup. I find a good mix of not to sweet when mixed into a 24oz - 30oz cup / bottle.November 5, 2025
