I’ve been trying to follow the recommended routine by HUM, but I have missed a few days. The days when I do take these gummies, I feel like I’m able to sleep better. I’ve had a pretty stressful last few weeks, so my stress levels are insane, however looking back at how I would have handled and reacted to the events, I feel like I have been calmer when I take these. The gummies are the perfect texture, and the taste is pretty good too, without any of the added sugar bits like some gummy supplements have.February 2, 2025Review from websiteI am not one to leave review unless they really wow me.
