Honestly, they are good patches. For everyone thinking it will kick in right away, it won’t. It will kick in after the 3rd or 4th day so long as you wear them 8 hours per day. I alternated the placement of mine to see where it worked best, i found my spot to be my forearm. These patches make you not hungry and do help with bored eating, however my cravings still come and go. I don’t expect my cravings to be gone, but the patches do genuinely help! My recommendation is to wear it during the day, and take them off at night and reapply the next day. Make sure you use water to take it off!!

I got mines Friday last week and I started using them yesterday. I have to admit I had little faith and hesitated a lot about buying them but after reading reviews I decided to give it a go. I will speak on my personal experience for me they have worked extremely well the food noise has gone out the window and I managed to have one meal yesterday that’s it because I felt satisfied with that all day long.
