Packaged very well, arrived in allotted time! Pillow was soft, silky smooth and comfy. Also comes with a flatter layer that can be used to bump the pillow up higher. Great for me, a side sleeper. I think it helps my ear pain but still adjusting to the shape and arm positioning.
