It’s works better expected . It’s super sturdy and didn’t take long to put up , I put it up myself for the most part I just needed help at the end to keep it straight . As a pole dancer I do recommend getting an expensive pole but for safe low flow/ stretching this is perfect! I’ve had no problems with it slipping but it’s still a tension pole so I wouldn’t randomly jump on it (personally). Spin is perfect on it and the locking mechanism is great.
