I have tried to quit smokeless tobacco several times but never found anything that could get the job done. After trying Grinds Wintergreen one time I knew this was the product that would help me kick the habit. The flavor is amazing and the pouches give the feel I'm looking for. I have recently began trying Grinds after a buddy had told me about them. I have been chewing for over 10 years before Grinds. I decided to take the plunge on my 29th birthday (which was 3 weeks ago) and have been doing and feeling great! I have been nicotine free for the 3 weeks and only on Grinds. I wish they are more readily available in gas stations (all flavors) but online order has been good.July 31, 2019

Since around the age of 18-19 I’d always been doing some form of smokeless tobacco. I never really cared to quit, but as I got older I knew I needed to make a change. After trying other products, nothing ever really worked. Back in January I discovered Grinds. And just my 40th birthday I purchased the sample pack. Haven’t turned back since. I have bought 3 cans of my old brand, but only because my bi-weekly order of Grinds hadn’t come in. 3 cans in 6 months is pretty good to me! I would 100% recommend Grinds to anyone trying to quit or wants to quit. All of the flavors are great. It’s a great “pick me up” in the morning along with the B vitamins. Again, save your gums, teeth and face from ever getting the chance to have cancer and start using Grinds.June 24, 2019
