love this brand! It has double stitching on the shoulder straps and no loose threads. it’s a vinyl material but either way it is water repellant and it’s got the thick type of zippers that won’t snag. It does fit a 1 inch d-ring binder. You’ll need a reg. Ring if you want anything thicker
