As a fifty year old woman with Type II diabetes, OGF has been an important part of my self-care. There was a period of time when I was on medications that conflicted with OGF, and had to stop taking it. I noticed achieving lower glucose levels was harder; nothing else had changed, except the omission of OGF. I am happy to be taking the supplement again. I have been taking OGF formula for I would say about 20 years and everybody asks me I’m 65 years old and they’ve been asking me for 20 years why do you look so good, where you get all this energy from, you just don’t seem to age It’s this formula it is fabulous it keeps your immune system strong and just keeps you looking young and feeling young I will not I don’t wanna live without this formula to be honest with you I was sick with a cold cold lasted three days but I wasn’t taking those vitamins bo boy I was drained I didn’t understand why I was so tired I thought I was getting sicker but that wasn’t the case I should have been taking them while I had my cold just lashed the three days I know it’s expensive for me it is I’m a single person and work several jobs and this is worth every dime and the owners are so very kind and wonderful by them and within one month or maybe two you’re gonna start feeling fabulous.
