ReviewsI was so hesitant at first with the taste and I understand why this might be getting mixed reviews on it. We're conditioned to enjoy hyper palatable foods, so when trying less ingredients, nutrient-rich foods, with less additives, they feel tasteless. After a couple uses this is now me fave and can't go back to any other powder that simply tastes artificial or very sugary. Pea protein is also excellent for hormonal balancing vs. sou protein. Plus, is very cakey and excellent for bakes and mug microwave bowls. Overall very satisfied!October 31, 2025This protein powder has even more protein in it than whey protein isolate. I was looking for something either no additives or fake sugars, and folks, this is it. One ingredient. Simple.
Some things to keep in mind (they don’t bother me but it might bother you): this will make your drinks very thick. You need a lot of liquid. Also, it doesn’t taste good by itself. You need to cover it with something. I personally think honey and cocoa powder work great, but I also throw tons of fruits in it to mask the flavor.
So yeah, this protein powder isn’t trying to taste good, but it IS rly good if you are looking for the most basic protein powder with no sweeteners.September 17, 2025Really solid protein powder. It’s super clean and it doesn’t upset my stomach at all (something I’ve had issues with from other powders).
