The item does work, but you need to be cautious of how much pressure you put on the handle. It is a 5-piece "broom", with 4 pieces being the handle. It is hollow and feels like any of these 4 pieces could buckle with too much pressure. Aside from that, the rubber bristles do pull hair from the carpet, and it is easy enough to unscrew the bristle portion so that it can be cleaned without the handle getting in the way. It IS easier than being on my hands and knees. It's inexpensive, I would say that it is worth the price I paid, and would most likely purchase another if this one should break.Item: DefaultAugust 6, 2025
