I'd run out of my capsules of the supplements for my lungs. With the seasonal allergies, I was anxious to get back to taking these. I'm so glad when I found these gummies as I get tired of taking the capsules.These gummies are cute little bears with a flavorful blueberry taste. They do stick to each other in the bottle, but that's not a big issue for me.The ingredients are what I need: Mullein, Pine Bark, Chaga, Cordyceps, Reishi, Stinging Nettle, Red Panax Ginseng, and Vitamin C. Now, I can get my lungs back to breathing better and these even help clear the sinuses too.May 13, 2022

I've had allergies and moderate asthma for my entire adult life, and my pulmonologist encourages me to do everything I can to ease my reliance on long-acting steroidal and emergency albuterol inhalers.I like that this respiratory support formula doesn't duplicate any supplement ingredients I'm already taking separately except for Vitamin C and stinging nettle, both of which are easily safe to increase from the relatively negligible amounts included in these gummies.It's hard to beat the delivery method and taste, too—these go down as easily as a non-vitamin gummy, have minimal aftertaste, and are formulated to absorb easily.Bottom line: I'm an enthusiastic convert from the old days of hard-to-swallow pills! Do note that these have 3g of sugar per serving and, as such, are not suitable for people on sugar-restricted diets.April 13, 2022

This is the best brand of gummy supplements hands down. They are seriously the closest thing to eating candy that I have ever tasted in a supplement, and I have tasted a lot of them. They are comparable in both flavor and texture. I just love that on top of that they are organic. Like getting a good for you treat every day.As far as this one in particular, I am noticing they are helping out this allergy season with my asthma. I always struggle in the spring, so I wanted a supplement to maybe take the edge off the misery, and these seem to be helping.
