Love it! Shredded 2 lbs. of cheddar cheese in 1 1/2 minutes. I just cut the block in 1/4. I also shredded 6 russet potatoes in 5 minutes. I found out it’s best to rinse potatoes and get them wet before shredding. Of course I soak and rinse the shredded potatoes afterwards. Large bowl fits perfectly!
