We had an absolute blast with "Why Are You Like This?". The game forces you to gesture, draw or speak your word clues, with absurd limitations while a timer ticks away. We laughed a lot because of the frantic, unpredictable gameplay. The "date night mode" was especially great, making for a perfect couple’s night in. It turned a regular evening into a fun, shared experience full of hilarious moments. The gameplay is simple enough to learn within a few minutes but the restrictions in the challenge cards really change up the gameplay. We are going to be bringing this game to our next gatherings with friends and family as it is fun for all ages. Highly recommend for anyone looking to spice up their game nights and enjoy some energetic, laughter-filled fun! Perfect two player game. Easy to set up and fun to play.June 20, 2024

Got the chance to play this with my girlfriend the other day and we enjoyed it! There are two modes: date night mode and party mode, with the only differences being the you have some different.. uhh, "relationship-related"? cards like marriage, proposal, etc. It also switch from a competitive to a cooperative style which was nice. The whole game plays VERY quickly and is one of those that has you stepping a bit outside of your comfort zone by following some silly, random rules while trying to get your teammate to guess the prompt. We easily finished a full round in about 10 minutes. There were times we had to make kissy noises while talking, or balance a pen on our face, or even hop around while trying to get eachother to guess the words. I wouldn't say this is a game that you invite a bunch of friends over to play and build a whole game night out of it, it's genuinely too light and short for that. However, it's fantastic as a bit of a warm up or icebreaker to some other game or general hangout. It really just gets people together to be a little silly and cut through whatever nervous tension might arise in a social situation. As long as you're in the right mindset and you recognize the fairly niche purpose of this game, I don't think you'll be disappointed!June 20, 2024
