I was a little skeptical at first about this product but it has been amazing. I am a post menopausal woman (60) and have ADHD and struggling with brain fog and fatigue by early afternoon which is hard when I have a fast paced job. I have been using this product for 1 week and I feel so much better. My brain fog has improved, my brain is clearer and quieter and my energy has improved. The only draw back is the taste is very earthy. To me it has an aftertaste of frankincense. Just drink water or juice after wards.
