It's only been about 6 weeks since I started taking the Lithium Orotate. However, I noticed that my mood is more level. I am not labile like I was prior to starting this supplement. I don't have any side effects (i. e. - GI issues or weight gain) that may occur when taking Lithium Carbonate. Although this product works great and it's relatively inexpensive, I would definitely recommend speaking with a knowledgeable physician before making any changes to current medications.March 23, 2025

Got this after listening to a Huberman podcast. I feel like it works better than prescription mood stabilizers! The reason I say this is because when I took those I just felt flat and sleepy. This seems to increase my social and emotional battery. Nicely priced too!January 28, 2025
